Songs of Democracy with Voices West in Denver

CWE joins with the Voices West chorus to present A Commemoration of the End of World War I featuring Howard Hanson’s stirring Song of Democracy with text by Walt Whitman. Described as Neo-Romantic, Hanson’s music is characterized by beautiful melodies and colorful orchestration. This performance takes place in two locations – on Friday, October 12 at Central Presbyterian Church, and on Saturday, October 13 at Littleton United Methodist Church.
